TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Dress/clothing to be sold must be in a clean/ready to wear condition, with hanger and protected 'see-through' cover over.

Any faults should be declared.

Set the required price for your item.

30% Commission will be added to your item to be sold.

All items will be held at North Lodge Abberley, and will not be given out until full payment made by the purchaser.

Prospective customers will be advised to try items on before release.

Enquiries for fittings by appointment only.

All payments made by Cash.

No refunds given.

Items will be collected by person only.

No responsibility accepted by The Little Prom Dress Agency for damage or loss due to Fire/Theft/Flood.

Items will be accepted for sale during a 4 month period. At the end of this duration, items that remain unsold you will be contacted to enable you to collect items.

Any Change of contact details must be notified.

Uncollected items after 4 weeks of notice will be deemed the property of The Little Prom Dress Agency.

In the event of The Little Prom Dress Agency ceases trading, notice to collect unsold items will be given.
